What To Expect

Initial Consultation

Upon initial contact, someone from E6 Consulting Group will host a conference call to assess your needs. Unlike other companies, if we cannot help, we won't pretend we can. If we feel we are a good fit, we will schedule a visit to your facility and begin the process.

Initial Visit

Once arrangements are met, we will send a consultant to your door. We believe the best to help is by being involved in the process. In order to effectively provide assistance, we need to know what you know.

While We Are There

While we are at your facility, you are the only focus. We will spend the time needed to achieve a detailed impression of what is needed to move your company forward. This could take up to three months and we are with you every step of the way.

When We Leave

We are still with you when we leave. There will be several more consultations and on-site visits to ensure plans are being executed correctly. We want you to succeed and intend to do as much as possible to make that happen.
